Sorry I don’t have time during the day to answer every email or message. If I want to have content to publish for you all tomorrow, I must work today.

It’s the ‘sign of the times’, right?

I know, I know … me, always talking about ‘taking breaks’ and ‘be good to yourself’ blah blah blah… whateves … right?

Well, I MEANT that because a balance of these things is what I am trying to achieve for myself. If I work hard, then I tend to sleep like a ROCK! If I sit around all day doing no physical activities whatsoever, I run laps under my blankets all night long.

Moral for yours truly:

Work=Food=Sustenance
